A new Self Check-in system is now available on the Freight service.
Drivers are now able to self check-in when they arrive at our Folkestone or Calais/Coquelles Terminals.
Self Check-in is easy and simple!
How does it work?
• On arrival at Check-in, drivers simply need to proceed to the lane signposted by this symbol and follow the step-by-step instructions displayed on the touch screens.
• These lanes are opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and available in 9 languages as follows:

• Self check-in has been designed to accept any method of authorisation chosen by your company: Online Bookings, Rapid Service Pass, Tickets, Vehicle List, etc.
• Our new system automatically detects your tractor registration number and your vehicle length.
• For drivers' convenience, Self Check-in have been designed at cab heights, so please note that all small size vehicles (eg. vans) will need to proceed to the manual Check-in booth.
Leaflets are available for drivers in 12 languages from the Folkestone and Calais/Coquelles terminals and on-board the Club Cars. In addition to the above languages the leaflets have been produced in:
Turkish, Romanian and Russian.
