Monitor your forecasts online

Forecasting & non-quota

As an account holder we ask that you provide a daily forecast of your traffic movements using Eurotunnel Freight. This forecast, which is known as your company's quota, will enable Eurotunnel to predict required daily capacity.

Our objective is to improve our quality of service by better aligning capacity to customers’ demand.

Our online services come equipped with a program to allow you to monitor your forecasts. This service allows your company to monitor the agreed quota and the number of transactions made per day. This information is available in real time and as soon as one of your vehicles has successfully checked-in, you will see the level of your available daily quota change automatically.

To review the number of transactions made against your forecast on a weekly basis, just select the required week and you will see all transactions made within your quota, your tolerance and transactions made out of quota.

Non-account holders

If your company is not a Eurotunnel freight account holder, an 'NQ' or 'Non-Quota' sticker will be issued on arrival at Check-in. You will then be advised when to return. Eurotunnel will endeavour to provide a shuttle for NQ customers on a regular basis, although times may vary. You will be charged the Standard Freight rate at the time of your return to Check-in, payable by cash or credit card.
