
On 27 July 2007, Eurotunnel SA and Eurotunnel PLC became TNU SA and TNU PLC respectively.
The delisting of TNU Units from the regulated market in Paris took effect on 14 January 2008. Since that date, they are listed in the delisted securities compartment (compartiment des valeurs radiées des marchés réglementés) in Paris.
The TNU Units had already been delisted in London (30 July 2007) and Brussels (10 September 2007) [Euronext notice of 24/12/07].
The reconstitution of shareholders’ funds of TNU SA and TNU PLC, decided in accordance with the Safeguard Plan and approved at 99,9% during the Extraordinary General Meetings held on 21 December, was carried out on that day, by an intra-group recapitalisation. Groupe Eurotunnel SA and its subsidiary Eurotunnel Group UK PLC hold together a total of 99.32% of the share capital of TNU SA and TNU PLC.
